Shipping & Delivery

 

We are an internet only company and do not have a storefront for item pickup. All purchases are posted by Australia Post. We use a combination of registered mail and regular parcel post.

Special Orders

If you require a title not on our website or a bulk order please contact us. We will be happy to try and accommodate your requirements.

Postage Rates

Postage costs will vary depending on your location and the parcel weight. To estimate postage just add your items to your shopping cart and go to checkout, you can enter your location and obtain a postage price there.

Order Status

We will always keep you informed of the status of your order. You will receive several emails regarding your order status:

  • The first email will be sent upon the initial submission of your order to confirm that it has been received by Vibe DVD.
  • The second email will be sent when your item ships.

Out of Stock Items

Whilst we make every endeavour to carry ample stock of all titles at all times, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand which can at times lead to items being out of stock for a short period.

If your order contains several items we will post the items that are available. If you are paying by credit card we will only debit your card for the value of the DVDs being shipped. When out of stock items become available we will then debit your card for the balance. No additional postage will be incurred by you.

Order Dispatch

In stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of your order being completed and payment clearing. We ship Monday to Friday.

Non Arrivals

If a parcel has not arrived within 30 days of shipping please contact us using your invoice number as the subject of the email.

We ask that you check with your local post office prior to this as at times they will hold a parcel without notification.

We take all care to ensure your parcel arrives well packed and within a reasonable time frame. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they supply full and correct address details including:

  • Suburb and postcode
  • Company name for business or workplace deliveries

Mail redirection services often do not include parcels. We take no liability for undelivered items if an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied or if you have moved from the shipping address prior to the arrival of your parcel.

We ship to Australia and New Zealand. Other countries may be available by request.

At VIbe DVD, we recognize and respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers. We do not sell, trade, disclose or give-away any information we may have on any of customers or members. Our servers employ industry standard security procedures to protect all our information from unauthorised access.

Returns & Replacements

Vibe DVD must be notified prior to any item being returned. We will evaluate your return request and provide you with full return instructions. Non qualifying items will not be accepted for return.

Vibe DVD will only accept returns for the following:

  • Goods deemed to be faulty
  • Goods supplied incorrectly (Mis-ship)
  • Goods which are incorrectly described on the website.

On occasion discs may become dislodged in transit and this may result in light surface scratching. It is rare that this scratching will affect playback and discs will not be repaired or replaced unless playback is affected.

Note:   For any returns or replacements you must advise Vibe DVD within 14 days of item receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will exchange your item. If an item is no longer available a full refund will be made. We will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) only after we receive the return and it has been tested and deemed faulty. No product is to be returned without prior approval.
Ordering

 

To order your products simply browse our store, locate the products you wish to purchase and press the “Add to Cart” button to add the item to your shopping cart. Once you have all the items you want to purchase in your cart, click the Checkout button to proceed to the Checkout. Our checkout procedure is an easy step-by-step process where you will be asked for your billing, delivery and payment information. If you have any problems ordering please contact us.
